Responsibilities Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy in key accounts that aligns with our business objectives and enhances brand equity Leverage unique industry relationships to develop strategicpartnerships within key accounts Create a co-ordinated sales strategy for key accounts thataligns across sales, Marketing, Account Management, andProduct Management Maintain detailed account plans across key accounts thatare regularly updated and reviewed with the CommercialDirector AMER, CRO and other stakeholders Work closely with Leadership and Account Management toleverage existing hotel level momentum to build enterpriseopportunities Build pipeline that consistently delivers 400k-800k inrevenue per year Effectively qualify opportunities to ensure maximization ofrevenue margin and LTV Working collaboratively with Sales Operations and theCommercial Director AMER, develop a set of KPI's to measureperformance of Enterprise Sales function during a rampperiod Work closely with, Account Management, Enterprise Servicesand PM's to ensure post deal implementation is wellexecuted and customer satisfaction is high Provide SME support for Marketing and Client events asneeded Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BusinessAdministration, Business Management or Marketing. 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, business developmentmanager or related in hospitality technology sector.Experience must be progressive and include 5 years in newbusiness development Including C-Level relationships with localand/or regional decision makers in the hospitality industry. 5+ years experience using SaaS and Daas delivery models, value propositions and pricing, and positioning. 4+ years experience applying enterprise deal management practices. 2+ Years experience using Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite. 401k matching: Up to 4%.
