Front Desk Coordinator Luxury Wellness & Medical Clinic

Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing luxury wellness and medical clinic. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with patient intake forms and documentation
Coordinate provider schedules and daily clinic operations
Follow up with leads, consultations, and existing patients
Educate clients on services, memberships, and treatment packages
Support marketing promotions and clinic events
Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury front desk experience
Help increase patient retention through excellent customer service and rebooking
Sell memberships and treatment plans

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office, medical spa, wellness clinic, or luxury customer service environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Sales experience is a strong asset
