Direct Hire Description Touchdown Business Solutions is seeking an IT Manager in the southern Indiana area. What You'll Do
- Manage and support our ERP environment
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership
- Maintain and improve servers, networks, PCs, and IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user support issues
- Partner with leadership and vendors to improve technology operations
- Assist with projects involving cybersecurity, system upgrades, automation, and process improvements
- Oversee relationships with software and technology vendors
- Windows Server environments
- Microsoft 365
- SQL Server/databases
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications and equivalent experience considered
- Experience managing IT operations in a multi-department business environment
