Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers Has the availability to work various shifts with open and flexible scheduling including weekends Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs Previous Shift Leader Experience Required. You are eager to lead a team Serv Safe Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred but not required Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Job Duties Include: taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system making food and smoothies according to brand standards prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing maintain a clean and sanitary work environment stocking and clean-up Handle last-minute absences and schedule changes Train and coach new employees Assigning duties to staff during shifts Perform food safety temperature checks Prepares nightly deposit and completes closing tasks Prepares weekly orders and manages deliveries Performs weekly inventory Assists the General Manager with monitoring labor and food costs Assists the General Manager with daily operations Assists the General Manager in preparing for events and promotions Salary: Starting $18 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!). Increased Pay with experience and availability. There are plenty of areas for promotion as we continue to grow and expand in the community.
