About the Job We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to craft compelling content, manage our social channels, build an active community, and analyze performance to refine our overall digital strategy. As a Social Media Specialist, You Will… Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.). Plan and schedule posts for various platforms. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with followers and build relationships. Moderate user-generated content. Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages. Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Analyze social media data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. As a Social Media Specialist, You Need… High school diploma or equivalent (required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and interacting with audiences. Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and tasks efficiently. Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
