Not a generic closer — a marketer who can have a real, credible, peer-level conversation. Talk about AI Technology to the Marketers Who Need It Most Metadata is building the next gen AI-agents that changes how B2B marketers create, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising at B2B SaaS and technology companies. Our customers are sophisticated marketers running paid campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, Google, Reddit and Meta. What Stays Yours Diagnosing what's actually broken in a marketer's paid strategy. Explaining, credibly, how Metadata fixes it. Owning the relationship and the outcome, start to finish. The commission on every deal you close — uncapped. Who This Is For 2+ years in demand gen, growth marketing, or paid media — agency or in-house B2B SaaS. You enjoy talking shop with other marketers more than almost anything else at work. You're curious about AI and advertising technology, and quick to pick up new tools. You want your earning potential to reflect your results, not a fixed marketing salary band. You're open to learning deal mechanics — discovery, business case, closing — from an experienced GTM team. Who This Isn't For If you want to keep making creative or campaigns, this isn't that. This role is client- and revenue-facing, with a number attached to it every quarter — we're just removing the parts of "sales" that make marketers assume it's not for them. Compensation & Process Base salary starts at $75,000 with uncapped commission and equity, you can expect to be making $175k+ after your first year. Process is short: a 30-minute call with GTM leadership, then an onsite with our CEO in Clearwater, FL, and a 3rd Zoom interview with an outside consultant.
