A successful account manager should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to your firm and clients. Their main responsibility is to make sure a company's customers are happy, so they continue to do business with the organization. • Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
