Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Post-Go-Live Support Consultant on behalf of our client in a Remote capacity.

The consultant will support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and post-go-live environment, including production support, incident and defect resolution, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience who can independently support one or more functional or technical areas. Experience across multiple SAP modules or technologies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on SAP S/4HANA post-go-live and production support.

• Troubleshoot incidents, defects, integrations, and business-process issues.

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

• Support enhancements, change requests, upgrades, releases, testing, and deployments.

• Work closely with business users and functional and technical teams.

• Support SAP integrations with external applications, APIs, and platforms.

• Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, solution design, testing, and implementation.

• Maintain functional and technical documentation.

• Follow SAP clean-core principles and recommend standard SAP solutions.

• Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.

• Recent SAP production support or post-go-live experience.

• Experience managing incidents, defects, enhancements, and change requests.

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

• Experience with SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration points.

• Experience supporting releases, testing, deployments, and production validation.

• Ability to work independently in a production support environment.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Functional Expertise

Candidates should have strong expertise in one or more of the following:

• SAP FI / GL / AP / AR

• SAP CO

• SAP PS / Project Accounting

• SAP Treasury

• SAP MM / Purchasing / Procurement

• SAP SD

• SAP PM / Service Orders

• SAP SAC Planning & Reporting

• SAP GRC

• SAP CLM

• Lease Accounting

• G-Invoicing

Technical Expertise

Technical consultants should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

• SAP ABAP

• SAP Fiori / UI5

• SAP BTP

• SAP CPI / Integration Suite

• SAP Basis

• SAP GRC / Security

• SAP Solution Manager

• SAP APIs, interfaces, and third-party integrations

Multi-skill combinations such as ABAP + Fiori, BTP + CPI, or Basis + Solution Manager/GRC are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RISE with SAP or SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, and API-based integrations.

• SAP Analytics Cloud experience.

• Experience with G-Invoicing or BlackLine integrations.

• Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments.

• Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.

• Government or highly regulated industry experience.

• Experience supporting global SAP deployments.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs require.
