The Dispatcher/Scheduler -Warehouse Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring efficient coordination between warehouse operations and shipment logistics. This position requires a balance of scheduling, dispatch coordination, inventory management, and customer interaction to maintain smooth workflows and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate dispatch activities to optimize delivery routes and times
• Track inventory levels and support inventory management processes
• Process shipments accurately and assist with warehouse operations as needed
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
• Perform timely data entry and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve operational issues using effective problem-solving skills
• Manage time efficiently to meet scheduling and shipment deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in dispatching or scheduling roles
