Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Research Interviewers for a market research company in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you'll help recruit and screen participants for important client research projects while supporting accurate data collection and project success. • Recruit and screen qualified participants for market research projects
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates
• Schedule participants and maintain accurate project records
• Perform targeted web research and database searches to identify prospects
• Track recruitment metrics, call volume, and participation goals
• Build rapport with gatekeepers and participants while overcoming objections
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with project requirements and timelines

What You Need to Bring to the Research Interviewer Role:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Ability to type 45+ words per minute and accurately enter data
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Previous telemarketing, recruiting, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet daily performance goals
• Reliable transportation to Bloomington, MN
