Day in the life includes shift starts with meeting the manager on duty to review the day's assignments, assisting guests with new memberships and members with checking in/questions, 30-minute lunch break and/or other breaks are included based on shift length, and opportunity to participate in free workout. Requirements include no degree or certification needed, genuine connection/communication with and motivation of others. Hiring steps include a phone call within 24-48 hours, an interview within 48 hours-5 days, and an offer letter and onboarding 24-48 hours following the interview.
