About This Role We are seeking a board‑certified Addictions Psychiatrist to join our team. The role involves leading interdisciplinary treatment teams, creating innovative individual treatment plans, and ensuring clinical excellence within our PHP/IOP program. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric care to patients enrolled in PHP and IOP at our Chicago location. Support the Chicago site within the Mental Health and Substance Use/Dual Diagnosis program. Meet or exceed established RVU, encounter, and treatment‑day benchmarks. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning consistent with current evidence‑based practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and document all patient contact in the clinical record. Participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, and professional development activities. Qualifications Board‑certified in Addictions Psychiatry or completed an addictions fellowship. Licensed or eligible to obtain a medical license in Illinois. Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification for the State of Illinois. Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑based approach.
