JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As our Real Estate / Resident Services Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional student living experience at Accolade on Gray. From welcoming residents and supporting events to helping students connect and explore Adelaide, you'll play a key role in building a vibrant and inclusive community.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll gain experience across customer service, real estate, property management, accounting, administration, community engagement and leasing support, while helping residents feel at home throughout their student living journey.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What you'll be doing :

• Welcoming residents, visitors, and guests and delivering a great customer experience every day

• Supporting community events and resident engagement initiatives that help create a vibrant living experience

• Assisting with leasing enquiries and property tours for prospective students

• Helping residents settle into life in Adelaide by sharing local knowledge and useful resources

• Assisting with resident enquiries, parcel deliveries, guest check-ins, move- ins and move-outs, including room inspections

• Building positive relationships with residents and contributing to a strong sense of community

• Managing email enquiries, community inboxes, CRM updates, and general administration

• Helping maintain front-of-house and communal spaces to ensure they are clean, safe, and presentable

What You’ll Bring

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude - experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a great start

• A genuine passion for helping people and an upbeat, can-do approach

• Comfortable using everyday computer programs, with a willingness to learn new systems

• Happy to help with occasional physical tasks, following safe manual handling practices

• Willingness to complete a Police Check and Working with Children Check
