Supply Chain Management Data Lead (Systems Analyst, Principal)Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Data Lead to drive data governance, migration, and master data strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. The role will lead Supply Chain data workstreams, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process modernization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Supply Chain master data governance, data conversion, cleansing, and migration activities.Define data quality, retention, reporting, and archiving strategies.Manage data profiling, validation, and compliance across SAP environments.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support SAP S/4HANA implementation.Provide expertise in Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, and Supply Chain data domains.Support reporting, analytics, and integration with SAP and procurement platforms.Mentor team members and promote best practices in data management.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.10+ years of experience in Supply Chain systems and data management.Strong expertise in SAP MM and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).Experience with data governance, migration, profiling, cleansing, and SAP S/4HANA implementations.Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, Icertis, or SAP IBP.Knowledge of LLMs/AI-driven analytics and business insights.MBA or equivalent graduate degree.Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation projects and change management initiatives.The annual starting salary for this position is between $128,000 – $218,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
