Residential HVAC Tech

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly, based on experience

Location: Ooltewah, TN

Schedule: 40+ hours weekly, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• At least two years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, and HVAC controls
• EPA Certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently throughout the day
• Own standard HVAC hand tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Professional attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Inspect HVAC systems to identify performance and safety concerns
• Recommend repair or replacement options that best meet customer needs
• Test electrical components, controls, refrigerant circuits, and airflow
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
