Role Description The Senior Amazon Growth Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for owning and growing key Amazon accounts. This position manages end-to-end marketplace strategy, including listing optimization, catalog management, pricing, inventory coordination, and promotional planning. The role involves analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing tactics to improve revenue, profitability, and brand visibility. The Senior Amazon Growth Manager collaborates with internal teams and client stakeholders, leads projects and initiatives, prepares performance reports, and communicates insights and recommendations clearly. This person also stays current on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing Amazon marketplace accounts; experience with other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, Target) is beneficial.

• Candidate should have deep experience in CPG and sports nutrition accounts

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience with Analytics tools for performance tracking, forecasting, and optimization.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for stakeholder management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
\n
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and business development capabilities to identify growth opportunities and drive marketplace revenue.

• Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills to organize initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal and external partners.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or data analysis platforms; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central tools is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple accounts, and make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
