Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Corporate Admissions Director Job Summary:

As the Corporate Admissions Director at Premier Healthcare LLC, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by leading our admissions process and ensuring seamless patient access to our high-quality services. Corporate Admissions Director Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to meet business goals and improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, patient access, and clinical departments to ensure a cohesive approach to admissions
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources and partners to drive admissions volume
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as admissions volume, patient satisfaction, and length of stay
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in admissions and patient access

Corporate Admissions Director Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare admissions, preferable in long term care
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
