Required SkillsExperience developing courseware, writing training materials, delivering training, and setting up and maintaining a computer training environment, and using customer satisfaction surveys for course evaluation.Demonstrated experience writing training manuals (instructor and participant guides) and user manuals.Ability to design and produce training tools, such as printable job aids and quick reference guides.Ability to deliver instructor-led training. Ability to serve as the primary customer representative for development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentation.Ability to encourage classroom participation and facilitate change management for target audience.Familiarity with standard instructional systems development models, such as ADDIE or Agile design.Ability to learn and apply customer needs/business knowledge to ensure client satisfaction of delivery outcomes.Ability to instruct adult learners on wireless networks, mobile radio and satellite systems, and other telecommunications equipment. Professional skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying priorities.Strong interpersonal and professional skills.Ability to work with a cross-functional team (developers, testers, analysts, and management).Ability to produce professional deliverables using Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications:CompTIA Certification Security+Knowledge and skills as a Mobile Communication Technician (MCT)Bachelor's Degree or higher + 2 years of experience; or 5+ years of military/business training experience.
