Description Job Title: Accounting Clerk Location: Union City, CA (94587) Duration: 3 months (Possible extension) Work Schedule: M - F, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Description:
- Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily.
- Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under time-constraints.
- Clerical support to accounts receivable and customer service teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting, customer service or reception experience in a business environment.
- Proficient and accurate data-entry skills.
- Can effectively use copy machine, scanner, telephone with minimal training.
- Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.
- AP Experience
- SAP Experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- 10-Key Proficiency
- Pulling concur for SAP Indexing
- Strong communication skills
- Good with technology is a plus
