What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office
- Manage billing, accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting
- Support payroll, human resources, and employee records management
- Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and resident trust processes
- Coordinate admissions, census reporting, and resident account management
- Supervise and support business office staff
- Partner with facility leadership to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
What You'll Need
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Experience with healthcare billing, reimbursement, and business office operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
