Foundry/Production Workers: Permold Machine Operator

Job Summary Permold Machine Operator – Foundry Production Qualifications No minimum 2‑year experience requirement; must be mechanically inclined. Must be able to work in a foundry manufacturing facility. Ability to operate industrial machinery that produces aluminum castings. Must be able to use a computer to access training and work instructions. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and industrial machinery in accordance with process for aluminum castings. Follow all processes and procedures for the role. Maintain self‑motivation, attention to detail, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude. Work Hours Permanent position; 2nd shift 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday–Friday. Training may be completed on 1st shift, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Compensation Top pay ranging from $24.25 to $28.25 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift.
