IT Support Specialist
$30 - $35 per hourHire Options, Inc.
Law firm is seeking a contract Help Desk Specialist I or II to assist their Los Angeles office. This is a month long contract position beginning immediately. Responsibilities Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware and software issues to users in office Application testing Manage tickets escalated from the Help Desk ticketing system; follow up with users affected Set-up audio/visual and other presentation needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree required At least 3 years of IT Help Desk experience in non profit or corporate services required; law firm experience highly preferred. Software Qualifications MS Office 365 MS Outlook NetDocs Litera Compare Laptop Computers Smartphone devices (Apple, Android) Printers – Xerox Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
