Job Overview Join Our Team as a Full-Time Security Field Inspector across Westchester, Orange, Dutchess & Sullivan County, NY. We are searching for a dedicated Full-Time Security Field Inspector to oversee security operations, conduct site inspections, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service across multiple client sites. Responsibilities Lead & Supervise: Take charge of security operations across various sites, ensuring that security officers are performing to the highest standards. Lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver excellent service. Conduct Inspections: Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols and post orders. Address any concerns and ensure client satisfaction. Client & Team Interaction: Work closely with branch management, clients, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates, troubleshoot problems, and assist in security planning and assessments. Training & Development: Provide training, development, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive, professional environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect. On-the-Spot Leadership: Respond to incidents, provide service coverage, and ensure all shifts are filled as needed. Serve as the first line of defense when problems arise. Desired Qualifications Experience: At least 4 years of solid security experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. Licenses: Valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License. Transportation: Reliable car to move between sites. Availability: Open to flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and overnights. Skills & Qualities: Strong leadership, excellent communication, keen eye for detail, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Willing to travel across Westchester, Orange, Dutchess & Sullivan County, NY. Schedule Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Thursday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Why Join Us?
