Account Associate

To elevate customer value realization, the full-time Account Associate will manage a diverse portfolio of Enterprise customers, focusing on contract management, retention strategies, and identifying expansion opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver best-in-class Net Retention and Gross Retention rates through effective communication and risk mitigation Understand and document customer business priorities to optimize the use of the Atlassian product suite Accurately forecast renewal opportunities and collaborate with Sales Teams on account planning to drive business growth Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales with enterprise customers, preferably in B2B SaaS Consultative sales background with an emphasis on discovery and navigating complex business needs Proven ability to build strong relationships and grow accounts while managing competing priorities Familiarity with the Atlassian product suite and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Interest in agile methodologies, project management, and IT service management
