Now Hiring: Roving Property Manager - Portland, OR 97236 Pay: $27/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Roving Property Manager to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Portland, OR area. This role is ideal for a confident leader who excels in property operations, resident relations, team support, and managing multiple locations as needed. Responsibilities * Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff at assigned communities * Travel between properties to provide management coverage and operational support * Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations * Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and community standards * Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, and manage vendor relationships * Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation * Support marketing initiatives and occupancy goals across assigned properties * Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency * Ensure communities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained * Assist with special projects, staffing coverage, and property transitions as needed Requirements * Previous Property Manager experience required * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to effectively manage operations, staff, and resident needs across multiple communities * Knowledge of property management software preferred * Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned properties * Organized, dependable, and able to work independently * Professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
