Job Title Scientist I Location San Diego, CA 92121 Working Model Fully Onsite Working Days Monday through Friday Working Hours 9:00 AM PST to 5:30 PM PST Duration 06/22/2026 to 12/18/2026 Interview Model Two rounds (Virtual - 30 minutes each) Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in molecular biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field. Required proficiency in advanced cloning (Gibson assembly, Golden Gate, site-directed mutagenesis) and IVT (in vitro validation). Hands‑on expertise in measuring transgene delivery success via reporter assays and qRT‑PCR. Preferred experience in genetic manipulation of cell lines and primary cells (e.g., T cells, monocytes, hepatocytes). Desired proficiency in Snapgene, Prism, and MS Office.
