Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the organization's global marketing strategy,aligning brand, digital, demand generation, and go-to-market executioninto one unified growth engine.
- Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, andcross-functional stakeholders to shape business direction through customerinsights, market intelligence, and growth recommendations.
- Establish repeatable planning rhythms,annual/quarterly marketing roadmaps, and forecasting models tied directlyto growth priorities and revenue outcomes.
- Elevate and evolve the company's brandnarrative-ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance with CEOs andenterprise leaders.
- Lead a full website redesign and broader brandevolution that strengthens differentiation, sharpens messaging, andincreases relevance in a crowded advisory marketplace.
- Ensure brand governance and messaging disciplineacross all touchpoints, channels, and content.
- Design an integrated demand generation engine withclear KPIs, funnel metrics, and attribution models that connect marketingprograms to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Build multi-channel campaigns (digital, ABM, social,email, paid, events) that expand reach, accelerate lead conversion, andnurture executive relationships.
- Architect go-to-market strategies that create marketpull, increase category visibility, and improve targeting across prioritysegments.
- Lead digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, paidmedia, email, marketing automation, and website experience.
- Optimize CRM systems, workflows, segmentation, andlead scoring to ensure marketing-generated opportunities are high qualityand conversion-ready.
- Implement digital performance dashboards and channelreporting that support agile decision-making.
- Oversee development of thought leadership,frameworks, insights, and executive-level content that communicates thefirm's unique transformational impact.
- Drive a consistent cadence of high-quality contentacross digital platforms to establish the brand as a category leader.
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts toelevate intellectual capital and publish perspectives that influence theleadership-performance landscape.
- Build a data-driven marketing function with KPIs,dashboards, testing frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that guideinvestment and optimize performance.
- Implement attribution models that quantifymarketing's contribution to pipeline growth, conversion, and clientacquisition.
- Use insights, experimentation, and performanceanalysis to refine go-to-market strategies and inform product and programinnovation.
- Launch advocacy programs that activate testimonials,success stories, and peer influence among senior executives.
- Strengthen relationships with existingclients-deepening trust, loyalty, and long-term partnership.
- Build executive engagement programs that connectprospective clients to the firm's perspectives, tools, and community.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketingteam-building capabilities across digital, brand, content, analytics, anddemand generation.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability,agility, and purpose-driven excellence.
- Build scalable processes, operational discipline, andinternal systems that support high-quality execution and continuousimprovement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing,Communications, Business, or related field.
- 10-15+ years of progressive marketing leadershipexperience within B2B, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated success building integrated marketingprograms that directly drive brand awareness, pipeline creation, andmeasurable revenue impact.
- Expertise in brand strategy, demand generation,digital marketing, content development, and analytics.
- Strong executive presence and proven ability topartner effectively with C-suite leaders.
- Ability to translate complex, conceptual ideas intoclear narratives, messaging, and market-facing stories.
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams,building new capabilities, and scaling operating models.
- Ability to relocate to the Philadelphia metropolitanarea and work onsite full-time.
- A unified, well-structured marketing function thatdelivers consistent, high-quality execution.
