Senior Product Manager

\n

Position Summary

\n

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives across a growing portfolio of healthcare and financial business products. This role requires a strong product practitioner who can operate across product strategy, product ownership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.

\n

The ideal candidate is a true product thinker who understands how to identify business problems, define product solutions, build stakeholder alignment, and drive execution from concept through delivery. This individual will serve as a product evangelist, helping advance a product operating model while influencing stakeholders across business and technology teams.

\n

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

\n

\n
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
\n
• Translate business objectives into product opportunities and measurable outcomes.
\n
• Evaluate market conditions, business needs, and customer problems to identify product enhancements and new capabilities.
\n
• Drive product decisions using data, customer insights, and business value assessments.
\n

\n

Product Leadership

\n

\n
• Act as the primary product lead for one or more complex products or workstreams.
\n
• Champion product thinking and help stakeholders understand and adopt product management best practices.
\n
• Facilitate discussions that align business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership around product priorities.
\n
• Influence decisions in a highly matrixed environment while maintaining focus on customer and business outcomes.
\n

\n

Product Delivery

\n

\n
• Own product backlogs, prioritization decisions, and roadmap execution.
\n
• Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver product capabilities.
\n
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
\n
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure product goals are effectively translated into delivery plans.
\n

\n

Stakeholder Management

\n

\n
• Build strong relationships across business, technology, operations, underwriting, finance, and trade-related teams.
\n
• Navigate competing priorities and negotiate win-win solutions.
\n
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to executive and operational stakeholders.
\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
\n
• Demonstrated experience owning products from strategy through execution.
\n
• Strong understanding of Product Operating Models and Agile methodologies.
\n
• Proven ability to lead product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery.
\n
• Experience working within complex enterprise organizations.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
\n
• Experience balancing stakeholder needs while maintaining product focus.
\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Healthcare, PBM, payer, health insurance, underwriting, finance, or regulated industry experience.
\n
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
\n
• Experience supporting product modernization, platform transformation, or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
\n
• Experience operating in organizations transitioning to product-centric ways of working.
