Strategic Partner Role The candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving enterprise-wide excellence by enabling: Scalable and resilient process ecosystems Data-driven and insight-led decision-making Adoption of digital, AI, and automation-led improvements where required A culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability The role requires balancing governance with agility, ensuring that processes evolve with business growth without creating complexity or operational friction. The job requires the candidate to use a combination of logic, analysis, experience, and wisdom to provide overall direction and effective solutions for ensuring compliance and leveraging best practices. Responsibilities The candidate would be responsible for identifying and driving improvement initiatives across the organization in line with business requirements. This would require demonstration of results in terms of cycle time reduction, reduced costs, and improved quality. The candidate will also verify that Quantitative Goals are set for various projects and functions are met, report deviations and identify areas of improvement. At the organization level, the candidate will review & approve the baseline reports/improvement plans and ensure effectiveness of process improvement plans. The candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14000, 18001, 31001) in line with the requirement. This will also involve prioritizing process changes, planning for release and deployment, and institutionalization of processes and best practices as per the organizational direction and road map. The job would require regular analysis of training needs on various aspects of process frameworks and other business needs and that these are planned and conducted to meet business objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for this role as the candidate would be mentoring/training other members of the team, interacting with People Managers and People Leaders. The candidate should be proficient in generating and delivering effective training programs, client presentations, and reviewing process documentation. Key Competencies / Skills Mandatory Skills Good understanding of industry standards like ISO models (9001, 14001, 45001) and project governance/execution processes Process definition, deployment, and institutionalization Risk Management (ISO 31000) Change Management and adoption Leadership and capability building Data, analytics, and decision intelligence Good communication and interpersonal skills Internal auditing/health check reviews Project Management Statistical analysis and modeling techniques Lean/Six sigma-based improvement methodology Liaison with external agencies for Audits/Assessments Presentations to business and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other project management tools like MS Project, Share Point, etc. Desired Skills Exposure to process mining and automation tools Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Ability to influence at senior leadership level Capability to operate both at strategic and execution levels Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI Exposure to software development life cycle and understanding of software architecture Familiar with working methodologies of AEC/GIS industry Understanding of AI/ML applications in operations and business processes Sound knowledge on Business Continuity / Information Security Qualifications BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or allied disciplines MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage Total of 15-18 years of experience Minimum 5 years of experience at Managerial level More than 5 years of experience in driving quality initiatives.
