We are recruiting for a Director of Sales who will play a key role in expanding relationships with commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and regional health plans across the United States. Your Responsibilities You’ll identify, qualify, and develop new partnership opportunities with national and regional health plans to support business growth. You’ll cultivate trusted relationships with C‑suite executives and senior leaders across payer organizations. You’ll lead strategic account planning, executive presentations, and partnership discussions that align organizational goals with client priorities. You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and business development through contract negotiation and execution. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long‑term growth of strategic partnerships. You’ll represent the organization at industry conferences, executive meetings, and networking events while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast. Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales, business development, or strategic partnership experience. Minimum 5 years of experience selling directly to health plans, managed care organizations, or payer executives. Demonstrated success developing and closing enterprise‑level partnerships with commercial and government health plans. Strong understanding of health plan operations, value‑based care, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid Managed Care. Established network within the payer market with the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders. Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, highly organized, results‑driven, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles.
