Purchasing Clerk

Purchasing Clerk - Pay Range= $25 - $30/hr.


This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.


Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Purchasing Clerk for our manufacturing client to start at $25-$30/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!


Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase orders within SAP

• Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and discrepancies

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

• Perform data entry and update material master data in the system

• Support master data maintenance and corrections for materials and purchasing information

• Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-up on open orders

• Assist with inventory, supply chain, and procurement support activities

• Communicate with internal departments to resolve purchasing and order-related issues

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company purchasing procedures

Location: Alsip


Schedule/Shift Details

• 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing, procurement, or order management experience preferred

• SAP experience required

• Strong data entry and computer skills

• Experience with master data/material maintenance is a plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.


The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
