Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and challenges, ensuring individualized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client input, fostering a sense of partnership in the therapeutic process.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, according to best fit for client progress.

• Monitor client progress toward therapeutic goals, conducting regular check-ins and adapting treatment strategies to maximize effectiveness.

• Utilize teletherapy software to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring compliance with all telehealth regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to uphold ethical and professional standards, including adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging trends and techniques in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients struggling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and emotional regulation challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse population, providing targeted support tailored to each individual's specific circumstances. The ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be essential in facilitating their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients and their experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
