Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or resident concerns while following property protocols for deliveries, guest entry, and after-hours issues.
• Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with directions, reporting hazards or property damage, and addressing security-related questions in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
