IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Specialist to support daily IT operations in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This role provides technical support, maintains IT infrastructure, troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues, and helps ensure secure, reliable business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and user accounts.
Support Active Directory, Azure, networking, VPNs, servers, backups, antivirus, and firewall policies.
Assist with SAP and other business applications.
Manage onboarding/offboarding, IT assets, software licensing, and user access.
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and help desk tickets.
Support cybersecurity initiatives, system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT maintenance and support.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Support experience.
Experience working in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
Familiarity with Azure, Group Policy, cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing
