At Jones Law Firm, we believe experienced attorneys should spend their time practicing law, developing their cases, and taking care of their clients—not trying to carry every part of the business themselves.

We provide wraparound support designed to help our attorneys succeed. Our sales and intake team brings in quality clients, our dedicated paralegals provide case support, and our billing team works closely with the legal team to keep billing and collections moving.

You'll work in a highly collaborative environment where attorneys and support professionals work together, communicate openly, and hold one another to high standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage family law matters from discovery through resolution and trial
• Develop and execute case strategies
• Conduct client meetings and provide strategic legal guidance
• Handle hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trials
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants
• Provide direction and oversight to your support team
• Build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys and support departments to achieve excellent client outcomes

Who We're Looking For

• Attorney with 5–10 years of experience
• Active Colorado Bar license
• Strong family law or litigation experience
