Competitive salary or percentage-based compensation (commensurate with experience) Performance bonuses or incentive structure Health benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment with growth potential Job Details Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and general negligence claims Conduct client consultations and case evaluations Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when necessary Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance Work collaboratively with legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff Ensure compliance with ethical standards, court rules, and firm policies Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active and in good standing with the State Bar 1+ years of experience handling personal injury cases (litigation experience preferred) Preferred experience handling catastrophic injury or complex injury cases Interested in hearing more?
