JOB COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: Shift time:0630-1700 Shift days: Mon-Thurs. Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS. Level 1 trauma experience. Experienced in Robotic, Neuro. Vascular, General, GYN, Urology, Ortho. AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA

Candidates
must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later
•
RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO
during the first week of assignment

facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state
•
All shifts the candidate is willing to work
•
All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work
