The role is fully remote, allowing you to deliver therapy from a comfortable and flexible setting while ensuring strong connections with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics to understand the specific mental health needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including families facing relational issues, individuals coping with anxiety and depression, as well as those navigating life transitions. Our clients come from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds, equipping the therapist to engage in culturally competent practices during therapy sessions. By focusing on restoring relationships and enhancing individual coping strategies, this role directly contributes to improving the overall mental health landscape of our community.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

• At least 4 years of direct experience in outpatient mental health settings, with a proven track record in client outcomes.

• Strong familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
