Regional Manager Jersey Mike’s is hiring a Regional Manager. Responsibilities Store sales Volume Quality of service Customer satisfaction Profit margin Lead employee training Lead by example Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the Regional Manager. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent 2 year QSR management experience preferred Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler Must have reliable transportation Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality Must be able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Desire to improve self and skill sets Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs Goal‑oriented and reliable performer who can meet schedule requirements This website is not operated by Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.
