Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to meet the needs of a growing organization

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and consistent hiring practices

• Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner

• Develop and maintain employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs to promote employee engagement and retention

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations

• Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources leadership role

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
