Position Overview The Engagement Manager is accountable for shaping, qualifying and governing customer engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes through Siemens Professional Services. Working across industries and a broad portfolio that includes Intelligence Center X (ICX), SLC, Mendix and other Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings, this role connects customer priorities, account strategy, solution architecture, commercial structure and delivery readiness. The role owns the engagement lifecycle from early discovery and value framing through proposal, contracting, mobilization and executive governance. Success requires the ability to translate business needs into executable services engagements, build trusted relationships across customer and Siemens teams, protect delivery and commercial integrity, and expand the services pipeline through successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Account Strategy and Opportunity Development Lead the Professional Services component of account plans across an assigned portfolio of customers and industries.
