Role Program Manager Oversee a suite of educational programs. Work with senior leadership and internal and external partners to translate program goals and priorities into detailed plans and manage timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, stakeholders, and on‑site execution required to deliver excellent programs. Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Own end‑to‑end operational execution for approved programs, using HubSpot and Asana to create clear, transparent processes. Coordinate internal teams, speakers, vendors, and community partners to deliver programs on time, on budget, and according to plan. Collaborate on goal alignment, success metrics, timelines, and responsibilities. Logistics & Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and secure venues and spaces for local and partner‑led events. Source and manage relationships with external vendors (catering, A/V, room setup, print production, tech support), negotiating contracts and ensuring high‑quality delivery. Monitor program expenses to keep each event within its approved budget. On‑the‑Ground Execution & Support Lead events on site, managing setup, schedule adherence, and vendor troubleshooting. Ensure a welcoming environment for attendees, educators, speakers, and partner leadership. Lead post‑event wrap‑up meetings, gather feedback, and synthesize data to improve future programming; handle documentation, invoicing, and surveys. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in program management, nonprofit operations, educational programming, or event management. Detail‑obsessed with a proven track record of managing complex logistics and tight timelines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable collaborating with staff, community partners, and vendors. Highly adaptable problem‑solver, able to think on feet and resolve logistical challenges calmly during live events. Organized self‑starter with excellent time‑management skills who thrives under pressure. Proficiency with project‑management software (Asana, HubSpot) and standard office suites (Microsoft Office). Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as program schedules require. Additional Requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds during setup and breakdown. Must reliably arrive and depart on time as the point person for programs and events with variable start/stop times. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role is $55,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience. Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; a 401(k) plan with employer contribution; and charitable contributions on their behalf.
