CNA - Memory Care

As a CNA, you'll build real connections with residents while supporting them in a safe, engaging, and compassionate environment. If you're someone who leads with heart, patience, and kindness, this is an incredibly rewarding role where your work truly matters.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily hands-on care and support to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, mobility, and comfort needs
• Support residents during meals and assist with dining as needed
• Participate in resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed
• Observe residents closely and report any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Document care and activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-control compliant environment
• Assist with meaningful activities and encourage resident engagement and independence
• Treat residents and their belongings with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times

Must Have Skills

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in memory care, dementia care, or senior living
• Passion for working with residents with Alzheimer's or cognitive impairments
• Experience in a Montessori-inspired or person-centered care environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $XX.XX/hour (based on experience)
