Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, using evidence-based methodologies. Deliver compassionate psychotherapy sessions to individuals while also offering services to couples and families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols, ensuring the integrity of client records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providing insights and consultation to other healthcare professionals to support integrated treatment approaches. Engage in ongoing communication with clients regarding their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatments based on feedback and evolving needs. Lead workshops or group therapy sessions focused on specific issues, such as stress management, relationship building, and life transitions as part of community outreach initiatives. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be serving individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. We prioritize cultural competency and strive to create a safe environment for all clients, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relevant to their unique circumstances. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution. An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon, with the ability to practice independently. A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapy and managing a diverse caseload. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members. Strong capacity to maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality in accordance with ethical standards. Preferred Experience Experience in a remote work environment, utilizing telehealth platforms for client sessions and documentation. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Background in crisis intervention and the ability to handle urgent clinical situations effectively. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
