Organic Chemist

Location: Cambridge, MA 02140 Fully onsite Duration: 09/16/2026 to 09/10/2027 Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST We are currently looking for an Organic Chemist to join our team in Cambridge, MA. The primary focus of this role is to support our on-DNA binder confirmation platform and on-DNA reaction optimization. Key Responsibilities: Synthesize on-DNA compounds for on-DNA binder confirmation (ODBC) projects within expected timelines. Develop and optimize new DNA compatible reactions that can be employed in the production of DNA-encoded libraries Communicate key results and enable data driven decision making Basic Qualifications: Doctoral degree in chemistry, chemical biology or biochemistry Lab-based chemistry research experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with on-DNA chemistry Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality results Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities, including critical thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr LanceSoft, Inc.
