Proposals Manager

Globaltech, Inc. is a design-build company of engineers and contractors that serves primarily municipal water and wastewater utilities. Our main office is located in Boca Raton, Florida. Globaltech, Inc. is seeking a Proposals Manager to join our multidiscipline group of dedicated design-build professionals to round out our engineering service capabilities in the municipal water and wastewater facilities market. Job Duties Support the proposal development process by: Scheduling meetings and tracking deadlines Formatting and assembling proposal documents Gathering and organizing content (e.g., resumes, project descriptions, certifications) Help maintain internal databases of marketing content, including project photos, bios, and proposal materials. Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations and visual materials in collaboration with internal teams or external consultants. Gather marketing content such as project milestones, awards, and event highlights from staff. Assist with preparation and setup of marketing materials and conference displays. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Canva. Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team‑oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Must pass pre‑employment drug screening.
