What we’re looking for:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous experience or interest in working with school-aged children
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to assess students, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic school settings
• Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process a plus

You’ll be responsible for:

• Evaluating students’ needs and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to design and implement effective IEPs
• Supporting students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to maximize classroom participation
• Providing guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers to support student success
• Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to ensure optimal outcomes
• Documenting services in accordance with school and district guidelines
