What we're looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for school-based practice
• Previous experience working as an OT in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfort supporting students with diverse needs and working alongside teachers, parents, and staff
• Commitment to fostering student independence, participation, and success in an academic environment
• Reliable, flexible, and able to manage a part-time caseload (2-3 days per week)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their education plans
• Assess, develop, and implement therapy interventions tailored to student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to support each student’s progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to planning sessions
• Deliver creative, evidence-based therapy in both classroom and pull-out settings
