Dental Inside Sales / Administrator

In this role, you will help guide prospective patients from initial interest through the treatment process while delivering a high-quality experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

·       Book patients through our digital lead portal and help convert interest into scheduled appointments.

·       Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective and existing patients in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.

·       Support patients as they move through the treatment process, helping them stay informed and engaged.

·       Work closely with your manager to ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

·       Track leads, follow up consistently, and maintain organized records across multiple web-based systems.

·       Provide excellent written and verbal communication that reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

·       Experience in inside sales, administration, dental offices, scheduling, or a similar customer-facing environment is preferred but not necessary.

·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

·       Comfortable using social media and navigating multiple web-based lead portals and software platforms.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

·       Motivated to grow professionally in sales, dentistry, and leadership.
