$65,000-$70,000 per year

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Sales Operations Coordinator supports occupancy growth through strategic sales initiatives, community outreach, and operational coordination.

Responsibilities for Sales Operations Coordinator:

• Ensure protected health information is maintained in accordance with HIPAA and facility confidentiality standards.

• Support and coordinate the sales team to achieve and exceed occupancy and census goals.

• Communicate ideas and recommendations to enhance customer service and the overall sales experience.

• Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales calls with qualified referral sources and community partners.

• Develop pre-call plans and utilize a structured sales process to generate referrals and new business opportunities.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the senior living industry, local market, and key referral sources.

• Coordinate promotional, public relations, and advertising initiatives that increase community visibility.

• Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, open houses, and special events for referral sources, prospective residents, and families.

• Maintain accurate sales activity, referral, and lead information using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications for Sales Operations Coordinator:

• College degree preferred.

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of luxury senior living sales experience with a proven track record of building local relationships and driving occupancy growth.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated passion for serving seniors and supporting families throughout the decision-making process.

• Broad knowledge of the senior living market with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
